Tonight's Menu

Tonight, I am making my wonderful girlfriend her long-awaited Valentine's Day* dinner:

seared scallops with sautéed lobster mushrooms and grilled endive

lobster crêpes in orange-cognac sauce
grilled scallions and butternut squash
rosé and sauvignon blanc

vanilla-bean infused crème brûlée with fresh berries
malvasia d'oro
